"Trouble" is the third track from Eminem's twelfth studio album, The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce) (2024). It has Em converse with his alter ego, Slim Shady, who maintains a careless attitude about offending other people and mocking the cancel culture.
This may give nod to the scrutiny Eminem has faced over the years. Despite some young TikTok users trying to cancel the rapper in 2021 over his controversial lyrics, this campaign has largely failed due to the older generation lamenting on the "puritanical" online movement and pointing out that Em's content has always been provocative.[1]

[Intro: Slim Shady, Eminem]
Alright, here, drink this
What is it?
Shut up and drink it
No
I said drink it, bitch
The fuck? (Haha)
The fuck are you tryin' to do? Get us cancelled (Ayo)
[Verse: Slim Shady, Eminem]
Fuck blind people (What?), and deaf people suck (Stop, yeah)
So do cripples (No), dumb quadriplegic fucks
With Christopher Reeve's luck (Woah, woah-woah-woah-woah)
Shady, Jesus, what the fuck?
Oh, here comes Marshall to try to clean this up (Shut up)
What's the matter, Marshall? Your penis tucked?
Aw, the big bad wapper just get his feewings hurt?
Let me go, you bitch
Huh, or what, genius, huh?
You gonna cancel me, yeah? Gen-Z me, bruh?
Little pussy, what's wrong? Thought you was dreaming, huh?
When you gonna realize that we fuckin' need each other?
