Feud with Eminem[]
In July 2020, Snoop Dogg expressed on social media that Eminem was not among the top 10 best rappers and mentioned he could personally live without his music. Em responded in the song "Zeus" from Music To Be Murdered By - Side B, released a few months later. He elaborated on his thoughts during a Shade 45 interview, describing Snoop's remarks as "disrespectful" and catching him off-guard.[1] In early 2021, Eminem released a remix of "Killer", also from MTBMB - Side B, revealing that the feud had been resolved. The reconciliation was prompted by Dr. Dre's hospitalization earlier that year due to a brain aneurysm.[2] In August 2021, Em and Snoop Dogg recorded "From the D 2 the LBC", their first collaboration since 2000. The track released a year later, serving as the lead single for Curtain Call 2. It was accompanied with a music video starring Eminem and Snoop Dogg's NFT avatars.
